People should be more organized based on time-constraints and brain-development. Like, people could be split into 'money-people' and 'math-people'. If the 'money-people' give some of the money they make to the 'math-people' (so the 'math-people' do not have to even think about making money), these two types of people could be as strong as possible in their respective fields.
Which isn't to say no one other than 'money-people' would make money. It's just, the system could be more flexible. In certain fields, it is highly beneficial for the person to really, truly specialize.
