Whatever happened to "Innocent until proven guilty"? McNamee's lawyer is doing nothing but shooting off his big mouth.

Let Clemens be accused. Let him be tried and convicted. THEN let someone bitch about a pardon. Odds are that by the time the process is over, GWB won't even be president (and therefore unable to pardon), so lets stop the pre-emptive whining about Bush, FOX and every other entity that makes Liberal cry.
