People think criminals who take anti-depressants are crazy, and that is why they are on the pills. The truth is, the anti-depressants are the things turning them into criminals. (Crazy does not truly exist.)

These pills basically do two things: they prevent deterioration (depression), and they eliminate fear (caution). When someone takes these pills, they grow in all sorts of weird ways because they are not afraid of growing in a bad direction (the growth being pleasurable is misleading). This means, a person might grow a murderer complex as a result of taking the drug, because they have no caution against forming this complex. When they then stop taking the pills, the depression resumes, as well as the fear, which then might cause them to prevent the deterioration of the murderer complex, and the pain might cause them to actually murder (like it has many times, in school shootings as we are all aware of).
