I think...a lot of our problems could be solved...if that were to happen...The part about greater states rights...actually governors telling bush to stick it up his ass would be not only beneficial...but actually quite entertaining.
But, a lot of our problems exist because either the federal government does not allow states to take actions that better represent their constituents, or they siphon the dollars away eliminating any chance for states to do their own work. It doesn't make sense for a government body so far away, so far detached from an area to make most of the decisions.
I actually thought that the idea of greater states rights would gain steam under Bush as people realized how badly a Texan could screw things up for the People of NY, MI Idaho or wherever...so far it really hasn't it
