said that the Texas results might not be known until the end of March.
Never mind -- within minutes MSNBC and every other news network
declared Clinton the winner in Texas.
Ed Rendell and Bill Clinton had both said that Hillary needed big wins
in
both Ohio and Texas to stay in the race.
