I listened to the first few. Better not let Kblair7 see these, she apparently believes corporations are all good, have no need for regulation, can't possibly work against their own self-interests or those of consumers, need little oversight and should never be punished because that would only hurt the innocent. Jeez, why not just bestow upon them the Superman-like power of invulnerability so they can't be touched. Yeah, that's the ticket...God status.
If we actually had any concept of a "job market" then maybe people would never work against their own self-interest by working for a profit making entity that ran afoul of the law.
The corporation has another super-power...the power of shape-shifting. It is a person and not a person, a person when it wants the rights normally ascribed to persons and not a person when it comes to liability for damages. The shape of models for profit and loss also shift when it comes to corporations -- free enterprise for profits and socialism for losses.
When they run amok...God help us. We will be powerless.
Oh and nobody ever said all corporations are bad. It is only the ones that are not good.
Few bad apples my ass...
