Yes you would be very wrong.
My uncle held quite a few trophies for his bowling. There are several african american bowling leagues in detroit (I know) and in chicago (I know at least two for sure).
Just like in the white community it is not the leisure activity of choice for the upper classes.
In all the times I have be to Hawaii I don't recall a bowling alley. Was Obama raised around bowling and bowlers? Does anyone know?
