Obviously you are not informed on the subject or bothered to watch the clip to have seen that this poor woman's life is truly a misery, i.e. "is prone to screaming fits b/c of her condition." and b/c of short term memory loss does not remember that her son is dead and has to re-live that awful news everyday. You must realize that Walmart is not responsible for health costs....the insurance company is. Walmart was not out any money for the health costs of Mrs. Shank. The Insurance company was. Walmart was not getting any money from this lawsuit. The insurance company was getting back the money they were out on health costs of Mrs. Shank. It is ok to be angry but you should direct it toward the insurance company.
Do you not know any lawyers? Please ask them if I am correct on who is actually suing in this matter so you can direct your hate to the proper source.
