I won't say McVeigh is alive - but doesn't it give you pause when you think that about the OKC bombing? That was more than 10 years ago - but of course, OKC wasn't nearly big enough for them to push forward quickly and decisively, as 9/11 was.

They didn't need if they wanted to go to war in Iraq, that's true. But how much easier it made everything didn't it? And even LIHOP would require some "help" to make it easier for the alleged hijackers to get through everything and everywhere they were virtually undetected.
