There's many different forums but only one is really posted in "banter" - most talk about general chit, chat - what they're having for lunch.

I'm more interested in talking about social issues and such and I guess they don't like to think, makes their head hurt...lol.

This is the thread in question that started this shit:

The thread starter agreed - no one said anything to her.

One guy admitted that fit him to the tee.

All the other ones stated that I'm generalizing even though I explicitly said that this is from my experience.

I'm thinking all the ones that took offense our the ones who fit the bill - what's so offensive about it? The thing is they rip women apart all the time - the even have terms like "lady leftovers" and "typical chick syndrome".

So hypocritical. I'm trying to figure why this is bothering me so much. I've decided that it's not worth my time/effort to post their anymore - they're more interested in making personal attacks than debating or discussing. I have a few who follow me around thread to thread harassing me.

One girl said that opinions = generalization - wtf?

Generalizations if you say ALL people. IF you preface by saying "IMO" or "my experience" that's an opinion!

Honestly, I'd be surprised if the combine IQ of that board is more than 500.
Lollipop, I wouldn't take it personally. I would move on or keep posting ignoring the nonsense. I don't know why the Hillary fans have left, every board is like ours or more vitriolic. I guess they went to Hillary's website to blog.
