Rothbard also once advocated that private organizations that recieve 50% or more of their revenue from the government should be taken over by the workers. as they essentially are extensions of the government at that point. That position is also taken in the linked 1969 Libertarian Forum artcle.
It's not exactly communism though because it's not being advocated that the state take over all property. Just the opposite: that currently state controled property be taken over by the people themselves, first and foremost by those non-governmental agents who already make active use of it or employ their labor over it.
