Media sensationalalism. The black holes that are created quickly evaporate and wont sink into the center of the Earth and suck everything in.
Theres an actual number for the probabilty of a dangerous black hole being created, but the number is very very small.
And the question is up in the air: can US citizens really sue a company in another country?
