The plausibility of generating a quantum singularity [black hole] or even a thousand of them isn't far fetched.
But...
What people don't understand is that if they are created they'll likely be
smaller than a single atom and could pass through anyone of us without any harm at all much less be noticed. All "black holes" are in fact the size of a single quantum and their event horizons can be nearly as small. Given the unimaginable amounts of energy it takes to create singularities it's
HIGHLY unlikely that we could make one large enough to have visibly detectible effects.
