Yeah, that's true. Alot of it also has to do with the combative nature of humans. All the conquering, pillaging and subsequent destruction of entire tribes and their spiritual ways. That demonstrated ultimate victory, to destroy the costums and rituals and put theirs (whoever the conquerers were) in their place, and killing those who opposed them.

Very secretive...the chinese. They like to keep things to themselves, don't they? I personally was just never all that interested in chinese things and history. Not really sure why.
