The goodwill refund checks and bail out programs stave off reality a little longer, like til after the election. The global economy is predicted to worsen...that would include ours. Fallout from the Bush Administration's recklessness will absolutely fall on the next President's watch. The buck stops there.

My concern is that fallout from the Bush Administration could render a hapless, one-term president. If it is a Democrat, there'll be hell to pay. If it's John McCain, the Republicans will remind America that he was never a true conservative. Either way, they will sound the call for eight years of REAL Republican leadership.




Some of them will change, because some of the current Elite will kick the bucket. That is why it is so important for us to vigorously prosecute a few white collar criminals...nothing send a message like sending a few Suits to prison.

Let's start with the credit crisis. Indisputably, there are some crimes that want investigation. Let us seize ill-gotten gains upon conviction of crimes predicated on greed.
