You may have to call microsoft customer service. I'm pretty sure that when XP is first activated, it is assigned an internal code that is based upon the hardware configuration, and that code is sent to microsoft and paired with your cdkey in their files. You've obviously changed all of that. If this is the case, it shouldn't be that big a deal.
