I'm a common sense type, and I've been trying to do the big picture thingy here. I've been allowing for circumstances, giving the benefit of the doubt by not trying to arm-chair QB this thing, hindsighting the police and all.
But all day, after releasing 'walking home' elementary children kinda flies in the face of 'emergency response'.
I think I'm going to flip-flop on this one and cast a much more glaring eye on the city and it's response.
