Not really. If a bunch of raindrops fall together nearby, they will coalesce into bigger ones. This does not require creator. They so to reduce surface tension and minimize their energy state. Everything in the universe seeks to minimize its energy, so just like bigger raindrops, atoms are at lower state then the sum of their parts...

How do crystals form naturally without any creator? See above, it is the best available configuration for them at the moment. Chemical and nuclear reactions do not require supernatural explanation... They occur naturally and can (more or less) easily be replicated in the lab.
