I have insurance, I am sick, and I have this choice: either go to doctors, hospitals, have another much needed surgery, get incredibly expensive medication, watch thousands of dollars in medical bills pile up, that I have to pay, and can't, because I don't have that kind of money, because I am not a rich american, or...I can stop going to doctors, stop borrowing money for the medicine I cant afford and stop taking it, and just fucking wait and see, how long it will take for me to miserably die.

Healers for the sick, as per that oath doctors take. Here in america, doctors are forced to break that oath, to be dope pushers for the pharmaceutical industry, and to heal those, who can pay for it.

The deductible of the "insurance" company that my husband's work place provides, is $6000, pays only 60%, regular doctors are $40, specialists are $80, and RX is $30, $40, $60 & $100.
It's really more akin to a Mafia Protection Racket...this American "Health Insurance", "Healthcare Industry/System". They take over $600 Dollars out of our Check every month, and keep it. And when we get sick, well...then that's our problem, not theirs.
