Man, these Luna Moths are not an easy project. After hatching on the 24th 95% of them just died. (And I made sure conditions were spot on according to everything I read on raising them.) The 5% then mostly died within two days, and I have maybe 6 left that are actually growing. The two small ones in the pic are dead...I left them for comparison. |
Well, it was just meant to be..only the strong survive. But what a cutie that one is that did survive. Thank goodness the one you named after me isn't one of the dead ones!
