We propped him up once, we should have done it again. There were ways to deal with the fanatics, but Carter wouldn't do his job. My goodness, we lost a great deal by letting the fanatics take over. Iran was well on it's way to becoming modern and westernized, and he loved the United States and Europe. Too bad for us, and too bad for the world.
