Hagee wasn't McCain's pastor. McCain didn't go to his church for 20 years or donate money to him.
You could see the ocean of difference between McCain getting an endorsement and Obama financing Wright, asking him to marry him, baptizing his children, etc. - if you weren't so blinded by your devotion to B. Hussein.
