I won't do the research for you. Look up how many people lost their homes in the last seven years, do you figure they're all schizophrenic?
13% of the workforce is without jobs. How many more are a paycheck away from homelessness? You cannot apply for or renew a state ID without a permanent address. No church, no shelter, no former address is allowed. If you don't have the three forms of ID needed to procure a state ID, or you can't take the several hours off of work to sit in the DMV, you don't get to vote. Or if you can't spare the money.
A state government, should not be allowed to (essentially) tax people for the right to vote in a national election.
