Look, I understand your point here, but it just doesn't carry any validity. People with WIC cards require photo ID to apply for welfare or TANIF. Anytime you apply for ANY government program you need ID. There is no reason to not require it to vote. I see it as a voter fraud measure which if you have been watching the last two election was going on under everyones nose. Dead people, convicts, people voting twice...
