Oil is complicated, and it's not as if he's had any experience in the oil business.
NOW his solution to oil problems is
"If I only had a Magic Wand "
Five years ago his solution was
"If I only had the most powerful military force on the planet." ...but that didn't turn out the way he planed. Those damn brown people never play fair, I don't know why we even bother invading and occupying their countries for them.
