The first investigation might have been fine had the investigators' hands not been tied so tightly. The people who persuaded the President to hold the investigation weren't happy with it and neither were the pair who headed it up ... all because it left a huge number of unanswered questions. So it's not a matter of WHO but rather HOW it is handled. That how should include the investigators being at a distance from ALL vested interests.
