Hmm...I think the reason they are going nutters is that they don't want to be taxed to drop grain into the jungle for starving African children and help pay for doctors for the thousands of women raped in Congo.
I knew about this already I support it. It is a TINY little bit, like 50 dollars per tax payer or something. I don't even think its mandatory.
People really gotta stop being so hysterical when they see the word "tax" lol
