The caveat, is that how do you end this war without starting a regional conflict? It's troublesome.
You pull out unilaterally, and the entire Iraqi government falls apart, Iran comes in from the west, Turkey from the North. Who knows what would happen. Israel could starting border skirmishes with Iran. It could be utter chaos.
Or we could pull out gradually on a planned time line and not do another Vietnam where people are hanging by there shoelaces on helicopters.

The dems have held congress for over a year now and we aren't any closer to pulling out, quite the opposite as a matter of fact surge,surge, surge. They aren't doing what the people clearly stated they wanted. Refugees are actually crossing the boarder back and forth to Iran. But Turkey our ally could be a problem but these are all just making up excuses for the dems which I won't do.
