I'm not quite sure what this originally is about but...playing a victim means you really are not a victim......if your playing anything it is not true. Setting oneself up as a victim is the same thing and drawing attention to ones own victimization in a big way may also be the same thing.

Many "Victims" are in reality preying on others, if it is their intention to use their being the victim for personal gain.
