Yes he most certainly did pose the question. Many people (particularly lawyers, physicians, ---those with education and sense) do not try to TELL people what their issues are---they ask questions. This is likely something beyond the scope of the author of this thread.
He asked it in the context of talking to two people who were talking about the issues facing them if conglomeration was an issue for THEM.
He was "leading the witness" so to speak.
The dishonesty of lying to try to create an issue is HIGHLY characteristic of lowlifes!
