The natural border is a latititude stretching completly across the continent.
Whatever longitude separates USA fro Canada, is not relevant to the idea of a contiguos border from sea to sea.
The same aplies to Mexico.
It would be " unnatural " to stop somewhere before the Pacific, as the Canadian, and Mexican cvorders also show.
This only applies to NORTH America, not South America.
