hillary IS the face of a political machine - an old school political MACHINE! the same machine that's been running this country into the ground. look at the details of her policies and you see the machine. it's in her health care, (where the insurance companies continue to make out like bandits and the taxpayers cover their outrageous profits), it's funding her campaign (takes more from defense contractors than mc cain!), it's in her energy policies, (the gas tax holiday has been tried and failed - all the oil companies did was raise prices to make up for the illusion of savings).

her machine has threatened pelosi and the DNC congressional committee. her machine has threatened, intimidated and smeared super delegates. her machine has threatened the media. and now, her machine has been caught attempting to BUY super delegates.

her machine is all about political favors controlling the national agenda - about power players and lobbyists, pacs etc., running the country.

but her machine ran into an even greater power - the will of the "people". finally, the american people are standing up to the machine and said, no! we reject you!

people on maher's board attacked me for believing in the american people and predicting the day when things would get so bad that the american people would rise up and say no! they said the american people were too apathetic, too lazy, too stupid to do anything about it. barack's call for americans to unify proved me right. the people were waking up to political machines.

i predict that when the hillary supporters, the hold outs, finally HEAR what obama's saying, they, too, will realize that he's the one who's DOING things differently. no federal lobbyiests, no pac money, no special interests. and that he's the one who's saying what they've been waiting to hear. they'll have to stop being tone deaf.

people want things to change - but at the same time, are often initially terrified by it - so even though they want real change, they tend to cling to the old.

i'm so happy that things are turning out the way they are.
i'm so proud that enough of the electorate isn't afraid to say NO to the same old same old, and were able to recognized it through smoke screen.
