I'm 99% sure that website was created by a republican pretending to be a hillary supporter. You can tell when you read the comments at the beginning. They tell you NOT to read or respond to ANY emails from the DNC. DO NOT sway they say. This is one of many sites I bet we will see masquerading as hillary supporters trying to convince some of the disgruntled ones to vote for McCain.
I would not doubt if this was another faze of Operation Chaos.
Everything from the way the site was layed out to the grammatical errors tells me this was created by a Bush/McCain supporter.
