Horse twaddle. Those great ideas you propose have already been implemented, and guess what...They don't work. Giving more money to peolpe who don't need it is foolish. And the Republicans did Nothing to cut spending, or reduce the size of govt when they controlled the Presidency and both houses of Congress. Try coming up with some new ideas, because what you are pushing now sucks.
