If you remember back 4 years, I think Kerry expected the media to tell the public the swift boat ads weren't true. The media didn't.

It may well be that, because it came up so much in the primary that it will be viewed as "old news" in the general.

Make no mistake that the voters will be blasted with Obama not holding his hand on his heart in that photo, Rev. Wright, the photo of him in muslim garb, etc...

the campaign will make a mistake if they expect the media to defend him against doctored or dishonest photos, etc.

I get at least one email a week telling me something about Obama, or with a photo of him (most recently the one where he's holding the phone backwards), and I simply respond with.

"I don't think this true. Do you?"

If it's one I KNOW isn't true: "This is not true."
Interesting that you bring up Kerry's failure to react immediately to the Swift Boat ads. Obama gave a long speech about race and Reverend Wright on March 18. You didn't watch it.

Obama did win the nomination despite your obsession with Jeremiah Wright.

And, as we have point out before, it says more about you that you receive anti-Obama emails than it does about the success of the Obama campaign.
