Yes. He cannot change the way Washington does business. He can change the way his campaign does business, and he can change the way the White House does business, if elected.
He cannot change the way Congress does business, as that's entirely up to Congress, which, you may recall, is a separate branch of our government.
I didn't ask you to put my on ignore. Just reminded you that you have that option if my posts get you so upset.
The changes I believe he WILL make: competence, transparency, and honesty in the White House. Appointments of QUALIFIED people.
Contrary to what you like to believe, I have been critical of both these candidates over the campaign. Hillary really pissed me off with the sniper fire story.
I had also always shown a stated SLIGHT preference for Hillary, as I gave her some points for having been first lady. I am not bitter or angry that Obama won the nomination.
I would point out to you that HE, in his victory speech, pointed out that her staying in the race helped him become a better campaigner.
Was he lying then? I don't think so.
Many have posted here that her staying in might contribute to him losing in November. On the other hand, according to his own words, it will help him win in November.
This man was extremely gracious in his victory. Pity you cannot follow his lead.
