listen...you're a VERY intelligent person. And in some ways(even though I suck at it) I try to appeal to that intelligent rational side of you with the knowledge that I've accumulated....in the hopes that maybe you will better understand the system we work within and how to make it work for you, instead of relying on propaganda and rhetoric to skew your vision...

Okay...maybe you're missing the point....that formula is how ALL companies decide what ratio of debt/equity to use....I don't know how to make it any more clear...
