I agree with the decision in context with the argument presented.

But nobody "agreed with" or "didn't side" with the founding fathers. No one truly knows the actual intent of the amendment from that standpoint, there's not enough historical documentation about the subject.

What they did do is attempt to interpet the spirit of the law and if the argument presented has valitity. Which I believe it did. What crossed the line and what was ruled against was using the location of some one's home as a regulatory standard. Which was wrong.
