Not one single guard in these guard shacks....
not one single piece of working equipment anywhere on the site. A train engine that looks like it was built in the 70's and an old rusty crane that looks even older.
These people just pull up in the parking lot in a 1985 Econoline Van and just start filming without any restrictions whatsoever....at a US government facility. Just walking around like they own the place.
