Theyre not going to lock you up for railing against Bush. Theyd have to lock up more than half the country. No, they are going to lock up people who wont play ball when it comes to Martial Law and the end of freedom. They will be locking up people who have the potential to join resistance groups and people who would be sympathetic to such groups. And it wont be the Feds doing it. DHS will send down marching orders and local police.local military will take you into custody.
