You don't know that. The comparison you're making is non-proportional. A health care system in Sweden is proportional to say, the state of California. Every nation in the EU would need to be covered under one health care system in order to have a correct comparison.

That said, the socialized models you use as an example have poor quality and long waits. I don't want to see an example of a single payer system on a large scale as it would, obviously, be a monumental disaster...
