That's what the city did for us, we still run cattle there. The mix of agri and wind is another benefit of wind energy. I am amazed that the cities are not taking advantage of their wind flows - I like these designs....
I imagine the leverage applied on the spindles of the "prop" designs would result in bearing, juncture fatigue and added expenses.....
