Do people still "take" pot?
I wonder how they compile these numbers. Is it possible that because there are teeerists everywhere, there are many drug busts that would never have taken place, if not for the blanket "war on everything"?
Parts of Europe were handing out clean needles to anyone who wanted them, to avoid the spread of aids. They are eons ahead of the US, in their approach to drug use.
I'm curious if there are more people "taking" drugs, or just more people getting caught now.
