It makes sense only if you added someone who was objective at all times in a thread that is as heated as this one. I respect SF and have no problem with her at all, as a poster, as a person. I think making her a moderator is about as objective as making me one...actually less. I have kept a relatively open mind on this subject...you only have to ask SF about our exchanges in this area. In no way have I taken a dismissive attitude with anything she has posted. I haven't formulated an opinion on many of the topics here. So, I repeat, placing someone who is on
one side of an argument in a position to moderate
both sides of the argument is placing the proverbial fox as henhouse guard. Just an opinion of course.
