You are under the false impression that this was planned and carried out by g w bush. He had no role in any of that. He was hired as the cheerleader, nothing more, nothing less. By Bush, I mean his Administration which encompasses all authorities employed under his direction, and who serve at his pleasure..I doubt Bush alone could plan it..He could fuck up a one car funeral..But, along with planning, and plotting, is reason, and motive..And that is where Bush would fit in..He has the reasons, and the motives..Without reason and motive there would be no planning..So basically, I was examining reason and motive as it applies to Bush..and planning as it would apply to those who would actually execute the crime
