All MENSA members think that? Or all MENSA members that you have met? Or is it just some MENSA members you have met? If so do you think that the percentage of MENSA members who wish to annihilate the homeless is higher than non-MENSA members who wish to annihilate the homeless? How have you confirmed that they were actually members of MENSA? Do you think that some people might lie or boast about their intelligence?

Smart people often have idiotic thoughts. So do stupid people.

Agreed!

As for the person I was talking about, he's bipolar and uses that as an excuse for all the crazy things he does (such as challenging the Premier of Ontario to a duel).

The bipolar condition is real and such people not properly medicated (and it is often difficult to do so) do in fact behave in a manner that could be classified as crazy. It's not really an excuse, they are incapable of rational thought.
But you didn't answer the question. Why do you believe that this crazy person is telling the truth about his IQ?
