I first knew of Dr. Bussard in SciFi with the "Ramjet" concept when I was a kid. I looked him up around the time of his Google presentation. I found his inability to "prove" or "disprove" his model "upsetting".....

Here is an introduction to some communities on the subject:

Well I'm sure you did but my point is to gain support many people must feal the same way who are not as passionate as some twords that particular research are have a full understanding of it's inner working's and to promote something to an audience that might not have studied physics would only apply are appeal to those that have.

So again what is you target of intrist like you so well pointed out in the intro of this thread the lack of response to the subject can only be by the lack of understanding of the material in question which can change by encouraging people to further their education on the subject by providing more links which you have.

And I also thought his presentation was great for a physics class but faild possibly to connect out side that audience for a reason I suppose because that video was geared twords that target audience to bring them to a higher level of understanding with terms that thay were familiar with.

But thank you for the extended links and it only peaks my intrist to go a step further to understanding his research a bit further.
