Okay, after you select the images you want to resize, choose "Batch Convert" or "Convert Selected Images" from the Tools menu, or you can just press F3. I gather you've probably already gotten that far. On the batch conversion screen, there is a check box labelled "
Use advanced options (i.e. Resize...)" Check that box and a button labelled "Advanced Options" becomes available. Press that button.
This will bring up a new dialogue box with a bunch of tabs. The first tab, the one that is selected by default, is Resize. Check the "Use Resize/Resample" box and the program will display the resize settings. Enter in the new size and adjust any other settings you want, press OK, and then press Start to begin resizing.
