(i've been working for them as an independent contractor for nearly two years - with no benefits, and paying all my own expenses, etc.)

this means i'll have a matched 401k, catastrophic health insurance and an MSA (it's shitty insurance with a $5,000 deductable - but a whole lot more peace of mind than NOTHING! and the company pays for the MSA!), plus they'll reimburse half of my monthly phone expenses (which will amount to about $200/mo) and the best part is, now that i have a real employer, they will be paying half of my social security taxes!

i'm losing about 10% of my commision - but i think with the social security tax, i'll still come out ahead!

they said they thought it was high time that they hired their best sales rep!
