Well... two things.
The first is not all cultures assciate the actual heart as the center of the soul. In medieval Japan when a Samurai commits sepiku he stabs into his stomach and then either [this varies] cuts a horrizontal line and then down the lower lip of the cut or cuts into a "+" pattern. This allow the stomach to fall out and, according to the tradition, show the Samurai's purity of their soul.
The second does fall in line with the idea in the video, but probably not quite the way depicted. The other organs in the body do affect hormonal balance and- indirectly, influences the formation changes in the neurology of the brain.
The military has a term "muscle memory" which more accurately means that part of the brain controlling voluntary muscles recalls repetative movement sequencess with greater ease the more often those sequences are carried out.
As for recalling the donor's name, it's possible she actually heard it spoken by hospital staff while unconscious or semi-conscous as well as other details and then- in a moment of crosswiring that also occurs in dreams, incorporated the information into the dream she had later. My zombie dream [posted elsewhere] came after watching Dawn of The Dead [2004 version] a few hours before going to sleep.
